@qualiteach: Mental Health Awareness Week 💚   This morning, we decided to shake things up by replacing our typical Monday meeting with a therapeutic activity to promote positive mental health within our team. We encouraged our team to set aside their to-do lists and instead grab a paintbrush to visually express what good mental health means to them.   For 10 minutes, our workspace transformed into a sanctuary of creativity as our team put their happy thoughts and emotions onto canvas. The focus was the importance of positive mental health and its personal significance, not to showcase artistic talents! 🎨   We also offered a later start on Tuesday morning to the team member who expressed the most inspiring message.   The lucky winner was Harriet’s ‘Dream Until It’s Your Reality’. We thought it served as a powerful reminder of the importance of hope, resilience, and self-belief in the journey towards mental well-being. It underscores the importance of holding onto our dreams and aspirations, especially during challenging times, as they can provide us with the motivation to persevere and move forward.   This is your reminder to set aside some time this week to reflect on what brings you happiness and fulfilment.   #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #PositiveMentalHealth #TeamWellness #WorkplaceCulture
