@lexruggiero: #ad Hair Stylists !! You need to be using the Square invoice feature. It’s a feature that I use almost daily. My favorite thing to use the invoice feature for is to take deposits from new clients who want to book into my schedule. I just create the invoice and have it delivered to either their email or by text message and I’m done! Taking deposits for new appointments helps me protect my time. I take a $50 deposit to book into my schedule that is applied to a guest’s appointment when they come in to be serviced. If the client “no shows” the deposit is nonrefundable and I am at least being compensated a little for the now empty space in my schedule.
