can melanoma look like coffee spot or birth mark? so just darker shade than your skin color. I've had one for 3 years that has grown from 1cm to 4cm and it has changed shape too

I had 4mm melanoma, it wasn't raised or itchy it just changed shape slightly, I now have a 6inch scar but I'm still here, if anyone is worried no matter how small the mole, get it checked

Genuine question. I have like 300 of these all over my body, i was born with them. But i notice new ones come up during the summer/when im tanning. Do i need to be checking every single one of them regularly to make sure it’s melanoma? I’m not really sure what to do because i have so many of them but my mom has needed to get some removed and the moles on me change colors/sizes frequently
