Hit it with a growth regulator like Primo-max. It will promote more nutrients towards lateral growth and really light Topdressing’s should help

Greenskeeper here. U don’t know exactly what’s happening with that bent to cause those spots but from the video. That looks like they are in low areas that tend to hold water more be mindful of salt content as bent can be sensitive to i high levels. Otherwise looks amazing
