Quit cigs in 2020, but I’d occasionally get myself a lil “treat” of an individual cigarillo if I had something to celebrate, was really upset, etc. I wasn’t buying a whole pack, so it’s FINE, right?!

Honey sticks!!!!!!!!!! Set out a small group of them in the morning. Set alarms on your phone when you can reach for a honey stick…plus 2 extras as a little reward 🥰 I haven’t smoked in 18 yrs!

It takes a solid 90 DAYS to feel normal!!! The first month is literal hell!! The second month is also terrible. The 3rd month starts to feel a little better. It was the worst!!!
