@gardenzaddy: This has been on my mind for some time, and my hope in highlighting the ongoing ecocide is not to diminish or distract from the thousands of lives loss, but rather to hopefully engage with and bring in a set of people who have been disconnected from the conflict. I grow a lot of my own food, and feel a deep connection to other organic and permaculture-based gardeners and farmers as we view the earth as not just as a means of gaining a harvest, but as a whole system that we are a part of. My heart breaks for the lives lost, and for the generational orchards that have been intentionally and maliciously destroyed.
