@clairehodginss: Golden milk latte ✨🍯💛 This is one of my favorite drinks to make when I want something warm & cozy to sip on without any caffeine! It is also amazing for when you have a cold, turmeric helps reduce inflammation and the ginger and honey is so soothing! Ingredients - 1/2 cup boiling water - 1/4 tsp ground turmeric - 1/4 tsp ground ginger - 1/4 tsp cinnamon - Tiny crack of black pepper - 1 cup milk (you can use any type) - 1/2 tbsp honey (add less or more depending on how sweet you want it) - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract How to: - Add boiling water to a mug with the ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Stir to combine. - Froth the milk with honey and vanilla extract. I use my nespresso frother, but if you don’t have one you can use a handheld frother or just heat the milk, honey and vanilla in a saucepan. - Pour the frothed milk into mug and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
