I suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. Tried everything. Custom insoles helped a little.., but after buying my first pair of on cloud shoes it was gone within a day. Haven’t had pf since. ❤️

Omg pt makes it worse…. Had to find the right inserts after surgery and hundreds spent on inserts and finally found the right ones for me. strengthening something that is worn out makes it hurt more.

The only good thing about my bad ankle is that my doctor told me to do tip toe stretching to try and keep it at least functional so my calves get a stretch and my feet stopped hurting
