Somebody should talk about Frozen Shoulder and All of the Joints snap crackle and popping. I thought I was dying. All I heard about was hot flashes, which I never had.

I am 57 and I’ve been going through the brain fog, the heart palpitations, the night sweats and sweats joint pain. I went on hormone replacement therapy and it is the best decision I ever made.

I have a female GYN and I kept asking if I need estrogen and she kept saying no U R not in menopause U R to young 2 yrs & more problems later she prescribed it and it help. Is thr no test for it?

My Dr straight up told me that perimenopause is not a “thing” and that if I still have a cycle, menopause has nothing to do with me. I no longer have that Dr.

Exactly! No doctor told me any of this after a hysterectomy either . I had on at 32 . I’m 50 now and suffered many years.
