Crazy. In Illinois it is posted that 20 under posted is acceptable. And the police will let you go over. I feel slower is more dangerous but it’s posted as acceptable.

According to Driving Laws, the law states that Arizona has absolute, or maximum, speed limits. All this means is if you go even 1 MPH over the posted limit, you're breaking the law
