Bleu cheese > Ranch  🤷🏻‍♂️ Buffalo Calamari w/ Bleu Cheese dip  INGREDIENTS: Squid & Seasoning * 500g of Frozen Squid Rings * 3/4 cup tempura flour * 3/4 cup rice flour * 2 Whole eggs * 1 tsp sage * 1 tsp oregano * 1 tsp thyme * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning * 1 tsp spanish paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * Pepper to taste * 1/2 cup frank’s red hot * 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce Dry Breading: * 2 cups sweet potato starch * Water to form bits Bleu cheese sauce: * 100g bleu cheese * 1/2 cup of greek yogurt * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 2-3 inches chives stalks, chopped * 1 tbsp parsley leaves * 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce * pepper Buffalo Glaze: * 2 cups, Frank’s red hot * 4-5 knobs of butter * 1 tbsp of honey INSTRUCTIONS: * Marinade squid in ingredients listed above for at least 30 minutes. * Make the buffalo glaze, by placing the ingredients above in a sauce pan and melting together. * Mix together the sweet potato flour in some water to form some bits that will crisp up later on. * Coat the marinated squid in the dry batter, and fry at 165C for about 5 minutes. Remove and let cool and double-fry at a higher temp. Approximately 180C and above should be fine. Fry it in for around 1-2 minutes until crispy. * Transfer into a bowl, and pour the buffalo glaze over your newly fried squid and toss until each piece is well coated. * To make the sauce, chop some chives, and add all the ingredients listed under Bleu cheese sauce into a bowl and mix until combined. * Serve and enjoy! #asmr #cookingasmr
