I did this but for some reason it did not come out pink like yours did. And I made sure the strawberries were ripe enough and red enough to color the batter but it didn’t. Did you use something else?

Just made this cake 💖 it is delicious and the perfect balance of moist cake but sturdy enough to build up the 3 layers. Used 500g of strawberries for puree and I think it needed even more tbh
