Ask to be referred to a headache specialist I am under one for my migraines and I have Botox and it really helps I also suffer with cluster headaches I have fibromyalgia and menopause doesn’t help it

Swear by mine, put in the freezer for an hour or so and keep out for 10 mins before you put on and it’s bliss 💗

1.) these don't help as much as people think as the caps tend to loose the colling sensation after 20ish minutes so instead I recommend some sort of ice pack holder which u can wrap around your-
