Thats so shocking. So sorry that happened to your daughter. At my sons kindy here in Nz, they fill out an accident form for every lil accident, annnything. and inform you and get you to sign it after youve read it. They write down the incident and the things they offered the hurt child like "cold cloth and cuddles"..I wish your kindy was like mine😞🫶

I’m so sorry this happened. I worked In child care before and had to quit do to the stress and anxiety from things I saw and reported that happened to kids and my kids included.
