I don’t have pain but have lost the ability to bend my thumb and index finger on my right hand and thumb on left hand, and can’t really make a fist with my right hand - it’s more of a claw. :(

hmm I think you shouldn't be tilting your head away from the arm it's towards the arm as away it's stretching the nerve

Had a laceration and subsequent stitches on my forearm about 3 in from my wrist. Definitely cut a nerve and have had numbness and sharp shooting pain in my hand and thumb. Anything to fix neuroma?
