👉INGREDIENTS
150g of shelled peas
160ml of water
Salt
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
👉METHOD
1. Soak the peas in a bowl for at least an hour.
2. Blend them with an immersion blender and adjust the salt to taste.
3. Cook in a non-stick pan, spreading the mixture well.
4. When your crêpes are golden, they will be ready to be stuffed! We used cream cheese and smoked salmon.
💡Some additional tips:
-It's important to use hot water for soaking the peas. Heat the water in the microwave for about 1 minute, pour it over the peas, and then place a plate on top so that the heat softens them well.
-It's important to always brush olive oil between one crêpe and another so that they don't stick to the pan.
-Cook over medium heat and turn only when the edges and surface have set.
-Let them cool down a bit and then serve immediately. After too much time, they tend to harden and lose elasticity.
