Cheese Pipes 🧀 | Medieval Meals Ep. 8 ⚔️ Cheese was arguably one of the most durable dairy products produced at the time. Traditionally made by curdling milk with rennet, separating the curd from whey, and aging it, cheese became popular in medieval Europe whether you are a ruling elite or lower class.

In terms of their uses, people mainly ate them as they were produced, but on rare occasions was used in recipes such as these, which given the relative ease to produce these, I would highly recommend!  Disclaimer: While the content is inspired by real research from medieval times, it also incorporates elements of medieval fantasy and fictional fun. Some aspects are creatively adapted for entertainment purposes and may not be historically accurate. Researchers:
