I water floss first then use string floss. Literally cuts the time in half that it takes me to use string floss!🙌🏻 I water floss 2x a day & use string floss 1 time a day.

i was diagnosed with periodontal disease. i was finally taught how to properly floss and care for my teeth, they’re the healthiest they’ve ever been!!!
