@nipunkapur: I love Moroccan baths but cannot keep up with them on a regular basis however, using an exfoliating glove correctly has to be one of the bad things that I learned from the spa technician years ago. Most people tend to give up on gloves because they cannot ever seem to get that skin out. Below some tips that will help you get baby soft smooth skin with your Moroccan glove. 1. Take a nice long shower or soak yourself in a tub with warm water and some bathing salts for at least 20 minutes if you’re not using the bathtub, I would recommend doing this on the days you wash your hair because by default you end up being in the shower for a longer period of time. 2. Start by batting dry gently the section of your body you decide to work with leave the rest of it wet. This is because if you’re going to dry, your entire body is going to become super dry by the time you get to the rest of the parts and it would be difficult to work with the glove and you could also end up scratching yourself. 3. Start by exfoliating in circular motions and be extremely gentle even if you don’t see the dead skin and gunk right away that’s all right. Don’t rub too hard. Don’t press too hard. Just be gentle and keep exfoliating gently. Eventually you’re gonna see all of the dead skin come together.. 4. Onto the next part of your body and your leg has become dry then make sure you go back into the shower and make it a little damp once again and then start the process. 5. You’ve gotten all that out go back into the shower use super gentle soap. It’s not really necessary, but I like to use a gentle soap and wash your entire body.. 6. This is my favorite part, a nice hydrating body lotion, and then use a body oil on top of it to make sure that all of that goodness is trapped in. 7. If you’re gonna be going out and make sure that you are sunscreen on your body, but what I do is try and stay indoors after you’ve done a Moroccan bath because in general, your skin will be a little sensitive. #bodycare #skincare #tanremoval #suntan #bodytan #summertime #Summer #moroccangloves #tanremoval #bodypositive
