Macros per mushroom: Calories: 34	Protein: 3 Fat: 2	Carbs: 1 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 Ingredients: 	•	1 lbs baby Bella mushrooms (22 mushrooms) 	•	1/2 lb Italian style ground turkey sausage 	•	1 tsp red wine vinegar 	•	1/4 salt 	•	1/4 tsp black pepper 	•	1 garlic minced 	•	2 tbsp Italian style bread crumbs 	•	1 ounce light cream cheese 	•	1/4 cup parmesan cheese 	•	1 egg yolk Instructions: 	•	Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 	•	Clean the baby Bella mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt or debris. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them. Set aside. 	•	In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian-style ground turkey sausage until it’s browned and cooked through. Break it up into smaller crumbles as it cooks. 	•	Once the sausage is cooked, add the finely chopped mushroom stems to the skillet. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the mushroom stems soften. 	•	Add the red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it cook for an additional minute. 	•	Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the sausage mixture, including the mushroom stems, to a mixing bowl. 	•	Add the Italian-style bread crumbs, light cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg yolk to the mixing bowl.
