I think I have rheumatoid arthritis but my dr keeps blowing me off. I'm in pain everyday, my hands and feet hurt so bad and my joints get swollen and hurt so bad.

I wasn't having any issues with my osteoarthritis hands until I was sleepwalking and punched and poked a few walls noe I have rheumatoid arthritis and boy are my hands really sore.

Do exersize with your fingers to open and close. Saw a Dr on tiktok that show. Drink alcaline powder or coxflam for relief. Also look what you eat
