First of all:for yourself you can wrap a towel upon you if you‘re a little bit ashamed.😊When you see somebody you know just greet but try to avoid eye contact 😁 if you feel unwell you can also leave

our gym is part of the complex, we get the gym for free as a perk, so all co-workers (males & females) are there and in the sauna... 😳🤣

There are also Textil Sauna in Germany, aka saunas with clothes on.

If you feel really uncomfortable, you have the option to wrap a big towel around you. You’d still need another towel to sit on.

There is only one way to deal with that situation: Get used to it! 🤷♂️believe me it is awkward for everyone at first. Your confidence will grow with time. It helps even outside a sauna!
