my husband use to make 125 thousand a year. he retired and he gets 2000 ss a month and 63 so no Medicaid till 65. how can anyone afford insurance on themselves, car, house etc. house note, food

my mom brings home between $900-$1000 a month her rent right now is $650 for 1 bedroom & come Dec it will be $700, after rent, utilities she has $50 left for the month
