I started eating beef liver recently. I threw the whole thing in the blender with water and froze in ice cube trays. Now I throw a cube in with any meal I use ground beef for. Can’t even taste it 😊

I started taking vitamin D and I immediately began getting severe migraine episodes! I stopped taking it and they went back to my normal amount of migraines. Is this normal?

I started taking beef liver because I can't stomach fish. Also added in a magnesium spray and an Epsom salt bath every other week. Hopefully it helps🤞

I was taught in HS health is 2010 that vitamin d was impossible to get from food sources and only could get it from the sun and I think that's crazy that that was the knowledge they had 14 years ago
