@georginaelizat: Lemon white chocolate shortbread sticks! These are SO moreish and honestly quite easy to make. Full deets below. Enjoy !!! Ingredients 300g / 2 1/2 cup plain flour 100g / 1/2 cup caster sugar 2 lemon zest 1 whole lemon juice 140g / 1 1/4 stick softened butter 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 150g / 3/4 cup white chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 180C /360F. 2. Add the sugar and lemon zest to a bowl and massage together. Add the butter and vanilla, combine. 3. Add the flour and combine together until a buttery crumble forms. Add the lemon juice and knead together until a rough dough ball forms. Add a little bit more lemon juice if needed. 4. Place the dough between two pieces of baking paper and roll out until around 1 cm height. Cut into equal stick shapes, I did 1 cm width, 12cm length. 5. Carefully place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, until cooked but not too coloured. Cool. 6. Melt your chocolate, add the coconut oil and mix.
