I’ve tried these both air fried and deep fried and their both just as crispy and satisfying. Though some might prefer one method over the other! Let me know in the comments what y’all prefer 👀 📍ingredients 400 g shrimp 1.5 Tbsp fish sauce 2 Tbsp oil 1 tsp bouillon 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sugar Cilantro mayo 1 Cup fresh cilantro 4-5 Tbsp mayo 1 garlic clove (large) 1 Tbsp lime juice Pinch of salt Notes for air fryjng: - Brush oil on the tray of the air fryer AND on the shrimp balls before cooking - 5 minutes at 400F or until golden
