I live in California I'm on ssi I'm getting $1300 a month but rooms for rent are $900 and I have a car payment insurance and phone which leaves me with nothing to rent a room. so I'm living in my car

I'm under the average income. I don't even make 30k even though I work in one of the biggest plastic factories in America. I don't have money to rent a place of my own & have to live with family.

My therapist filled out a form for temporary disability. When I googled how much it would be in the state I live in, $185.00. That’s how much a month at max I’d get to survive.
