Let’s start changing that today! 👣 Begin with your feet directly under your hips, toes pointing forward. 👐 Place both hands on a wall at shoulder height. 🔙 Take a full step back, keeping your legs straight by engaging your quads. 📏 Gently press your hips back until your body lines up — wrists, elbows, shoulders, spine, ribs, and hips should form a straight line towards the wall. 🎯 Remember, the goal is alignment, not stretching to the max.
