I feel there should be a temperature given in the sun as well, not everyone understands this and puts themselves, their kids and dogs at risk not realising how hot it is in the direct sunlight 😎

I have a garden thermometer and it's interesting to see the difference in temperature from the forcast but explains why i feel so damn hot in the sun ☀

You convert temperatures down to take account of wind chill in winter, which must have the same personal variances. Is there not an equivalent way to adjust temperature for the sunniness of the day?
