If you’re environment conscious, unfortunately these are non bio degradable, which I did not read in the description before buying. However, I will be washing them and reusing them.

You need a lot of water to expand them… can’t use them in the car or anywhere without water… quicker to get a flannel

Just get a reusable flannel. The plastic packaging and the actual disposable wipe itself is likely not biodegradable.
