🎨💭 Creative people often have a lot on their minds, and they may find that their energy levels become depleted over time. While it's important to stay productive, sometimes the best way to recharge is to sit around and do nothing. Here are some reasons why creative people need to take some time to be idle and some steps they can take to recharge: 1️⃣ Creativity requires mental space: When your mind is cluttered with too many thoughts and ideas, it can be difficult to come up with new and innovative ideas. Taking a break from your usual activities can give your mind the space it needs to come up with fresh ideas. 2️⃣ Taking a break can reduce stress: Stress is a creativity killer, and it can be difficult to be productive when you're feeling overwhelmed. Taking some time to relax and clear your mind can help you reduce stress levels, making it easier to focus on your creative work when you return. 3️⃣ Inspiration can come from unexpected places: Sometimes the best ideas come when you least expect them. By taking a break and doing something unrelated to your creative work, you might stumble upon a new source of inspiration that you wouldn't have found otherwise. 4️⃣ Recharging can improve productivity: When you're feeling burnt out, it can be difficult to be productive. Taking a break can help you recharge your batteries, making it easier to get back to work with renewed energy and focus. So, what are some steps that creative people can take to recharge? Here are a few ideas: 🪑 Take a walk: Getting outside and taking a leisurely walk can help clear your mind and reduce stress levels. You might even come across something that inspires your creative work. 📖 Read a book: Reading can be a great way to escape your usual thought patterns and get lost in a story. It can also help you learn something new that could be useful in your creative work. 🎮 Play a game: Engaging in a fun activity like playing a game can help you forget about your stressors and focus on something enjoyable. It can also help stimulate your mind in a different way. 🎧 Listen to music: Music can be a powerful tool for relaxation and inspiration. Whether you're listening to your favorite artist or discover

Progesterone is produced by the corpus luteum after ovulation occurs. Progesterone helps to prepare the uterine lining for pregnancy. For women with PCOS, especially those who are trying to become pregnant using fertility medications, Progesterone levels are checked about 7 days after it is thought that ovulation occurred. If the Progesterone level is high (usually greater than 14 ng/ml) this means that ovulation did indeed occur and the egg was released from the ovary. If the progesterone level is low the egg was probably not released. This test is especially important because sometimes women with PCOS can have some signs that ovulation is occurring however, when the progesterone test is done, it shows that ovulation did not occur. If this happens, your body is may be producing a follicle and preparing you to ovulate, but for some reason the egg is not actually being released from the ovary. This information helps your physician possibly adjust fertility medication for the next cycle to encourage the release of the egg. Progesterone has anti-androgen benefits and can promote ovulation. That makes progesterone therapeutic for polycystic ovary syndrome In a normal, healthy menstrual cycle, the hypothalamus releases pulses of GnRH (gonadotrophin-releasing hormone), first slowly, then more rapidly, and then slowly again after ovulation. In turn, those pulses stimulate pituitary hormones (FSH and LH) that coordinate ovulation and promote the healthy production of estrogen and progesterone. A key feature of a healthy neuroendocrine system is progesterone’s beneficial slowing effect on GnRH pulsatility. In other words, progesterone (made by ovulation) exerts beneficial negative feedback on the hypothalamus, thereby lowering androgens and promoting future ovulation. Thisnis why its important to boost progesterone naturally #pcosprogesterone #progesteronelevels #pcostransformationqueen #coachnikki #reversepcosnaturally #pcospregnancy #pcosttctip #pcosbalance #pcosdiet #pcoshelp
