Ingredients: - 2 cups cooked whole grain rice (brown rice or wild rice) - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly - 2 cups leafy greens (spinach or kale), chopped - 1 cup fermented foods (sauerkraut or kimchi), chopped - 1 cup mixed colorful vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini), sliced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian herbs - Fresh black pepper, to taste Instructions: 1.
