@thebkydpalate: BREAKFAST CALZONE • Save a little Friday night pizza dough for Saturday morning because these calzones are insanely good. Next time I’m adding hash browns, what would you throw in the mix? • My “BEST PIZZA DOUGH” recipe is pinned to my profile which is what I used for this video. I let this dough ball ferment in the fridge for 5 days, perfect amount of time for texture and flavor development. • INGREDIENTS: Beef breakfast sausage by @heiferhoghen Farm fresh eggs from my neighbor Cheddar and mozzarella cheese Bacon pieces from @Costco Wholesale Olive oil from @Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil • PROCESS IN THE PIZZA OVEN: -Set oven on “high” for 10 minutes (550-600°F stone) -Place calzone in for ~7 minutes or until golden brown • Let me know if you would like a conventional oven version of this recipe!
