I work at a ford dealership on these daily. That’s very common. Usually because the cowel is not sealing to the windshield and dirrecting water away. Fills up the recess where the bolts are.

every transit and promasters. water doesn't drain properly from wiper cowl and just pools on intake rotting the intake bolts, junk
