Honestly unless youre getting REALLY into running this is overthinking it. Doing couch to 5k has helped me a lot in losing weight.

This is very true after short/medium runs. But for some reason I get pretty nauseous and don’t want to eat after long runs. Hope I’m not the only one.

I find that is so true. But, I also find that the inflammation in my body skyrockets when I run vs. walk at a steep incline. Every single time I run, I wake up 3-5 lbs heavier.

I run for conditioning but primarily replenish my carbs with fruit, so I also get that fiber as well, and it helps with the hunger :)
