Happened to me before. So I asked Manager what I could do to improve 🙄 for the next year. She was then mad at me for not being satisfied with how she reviewed me.

Got all 5s in my review last week. And my boss refused to fill out the section to tell HR how many sick days I’ve used. Having a good manager is life changing
