بسبوسة السميد الخشن المقادير بعلبة القشطة المعدن (150غ) في زبدية اضع : علبتين قشطة علبة سكر ٣/٤ علبة زيت علبة حليب بودرة واخلط لما يذوب السكر تماماً واضيف : علبتين سميد خشن م/ص بكنج باودر واخلط وما ابالغ بالخلط واضعها بالصينية وتروح على فرن حرارته ١٨٠ درجة مدة 20 دقيقة تقريباً واحمرها من فوق واقطعها ومباشرة اشربها بالتسقيه : علبتين حليب مبخر + ٣/٤ علية حليب مكثف محلى واتركها تشرب التسقيه نص ساعه وارش عليها فستق واقدمها (معلومة حلوة البسبوسة لو حطيتيها بالثلاجة وقدمتيها اليوم التاني تعطيك نتيجة احلى والذ😍) Coarse Semolina Basbousa Measurements are based on a 150g cream can.
