Actually runs a whole design agency which often runs into these problem clients (heck, whenever you deal directly with people VS just as an affiliate, you will find them). And the more we scale, the more problem clients we encounter (it's all part of business). Here's the 3 steps I take to combat them... 🥊 - Violence... (Not Yet!) 🫁 - Deep Breaths - Often problem clients can be weeded out to begin with and often comes just from not being in alignment or miss understanding who you are and what you offer. Take a deep breath and look at what you're about to send them from their point of view. Some of my best clients have simply misunderstood initially. 🤖 - Systems & Processes If you keep it easy to order, easy to work (on both sides) and build out systems and processes that make things simpler, less stressful and flow better.... You will then alleviate most problems before they arise. ....Remember: Having the occasional problem" client is better than having 0 clients 🩷🔥😉
