very true. here in ontario u will get 5,400 upon completion of your placement. Again when u are employed in city and u decide to sign a contract with the government to work in the LTC for 1 yr then u will be paid 10k for it but if it's in the rural area then u are getting 20k for your 1 yr contract.

Im happy for them but as a Canadian citizen and PSW for 2 years and struggling to get more hours or job in hospital and long term care and I can’t and the not Canadian the government make that easy 😏
