When I was on Bumble I hated messaging first. I would do the simple hey there but made it a little funny. Typically I like to make a match then wait for the effort. Sorry not sorry

Yeah, they just send the "hey" message and then it's still up to us to make the first move essentially. (because "hey" doesn't count). if we match that energy and say "hey" back, nothing happens

I've gotten very few matches on Bumble. those that I have gotten, I've extended the allotted 24 hours they have to message to 48 and they haven't even messaged "heyyyyy". I get nothing. I hate dating
