so this is a question I hope someone can answer. I believe my fibroid is starting to shrink. Last few periods have been less severe. so you know when you're on your period and get the "gush"? can anyone tell me why I've been getting this "gush" of clear fluid on and off my period the last couple of months? has anyone ever had this happen?

Hi, thank you so much. Literally I was just told I had a fibroid the size of a grapefruit and I was just planning to start trying for kids. It presses on my bladder badly. Could I ask...with your diet change we're you able to minimize some of the fibroid or all of it? Also how much ginger did you take a day? Thank you!
