Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes Chicken thighs Brussels sprouts, cut Juice of 1 lemon Zest of 1 lemon @NearEastProducts quinoa blend @Mike’s Hot Honey Toppings: Feta cheese, @Baba’s hummus, @Cedar’s Foods baba ganoush Seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, smoked paprika Instructions: 1. Season both sides of chicken with seasonings above 2. Brown on both sides in a cast iron with avocado oil 3. Add zest if 1 lemon to top of chicken and juice of 1 lemon to pan and immediately transfer cast iron to oven 4. Season brussels with avocado oil and above seasonings minus smoked paprika 5. Cook brussels in airfryer at 400° until crispy, adding honey at the end 6. Cook quinoa according to package 7. Assemble 8. Top with toppings as desired 9.
