@benpruitt_fit: Let’s build that upper chest. Here’s a few things to keep in mind. ✅Try not to arch your back. Since we are on an incline an arched back will only mimic the pattern of a flat bench press ✅Don’t flare your elbows. Keeping your elbows between 45-60 degrees. This is within the natural alignment of your pec fibers and takes pressure off of the shoulder joint ✅Don’t press straight up. Drive your elbows toward each other to get a good squeeze on that chest! #chestworkout
