I got in trouble for working ot. It snowed and they WANTED me to drive 30 miles in the snow to work when people in town “couldn’t make it”. Chose not to due to being over my 40.

I’m to the point where I am trying to actively cost the company more than the labor I put out. Always ask for more training, take sick days, I’m tired of being their solution while they are my problem

The parts I just made the company are $6000 a piece. I made 3 in 4 hours. We get snacks and pizza.

We are only scheduled 38 hours a week as a cushion to help elevate overtime. We’ve been told if we get OT we will get reprimanded

All mind games. They send out positive notes like be greatful for what you have. No stop telling me to be greatful you demand OT when you need it, the raise each year is a joke. They buried the bar.

my company can't keep people because they force you to either come in 4 hours early or force you to stay 4 hours over every day. No work life balance at all.

My old boss once gave me a review, exceeds in every category, at the end my over all review he put “meets”. “Oh, I don’t put exceeds because you always have room for improvement.”😒

my company expects my first 4 hours for free and then puts so many restrictions on what it takes to get paid I refuse to do it.

I got yelled at by my boss for clocking in 10 min early yet my coworker regularly stays 20+ minutes over. Igot told if you need more time to get stuff done to stay late or clear coming in early.

I worked at Lowe’s at that time full time was 39 hours a week and you would get written up if you worked overtime. That was 12 years ago

At my old department I use to work at, the Assistant Director wouldn’t give us 1 hour of OT because we worked thru our 2 15 minute breaks and our 30 minute lunch.

That’s why I quit my corporate job and went to work for a small family company. Not much overtime but bonuses and treated like family. No stress.

When I worked at Walmart it was well known that they expect you to go over 40 hours if they ask but your be asked to sign to only get 40 hours pay or be fired.

Yes I'm sick of OT at this point...My job has a huge turnover rate and those of us that work are tired.72 hours a week is too much for me.They use and abuse us and don't care at all that we are doing the work of 3 ppl.
