honestly, I would say chronic anemia or severe vit D def. This is literally me. The exact same symptoms. if you're super anxious, it can cause it too.

Sorry you’re dealt with this. Have you tried putting your symptoms into AI ? It’s been a game changer for us. Doctors usually don’t take the time to listen and figure these kinds of cases out.
