I'm on my 2nd jar of Anna's and I still have heavy periods and no energy. I know Barbara says it can take up to a year but geeshhh!! 😩

And if you no longer have your periods, take a week off and then start applying a week later. It will help with osteoporosis and I’m trying to reverse that let you know how it turns out.
