Grilled on each side on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked. Recipe for Nuoc Cham 4 tbsp of lemon juice 5 tbsp of fish sauce 5 tbsp of warm water 4-5 tbsp of sugar 2 tbsp minced garlic ½ tbsp of chili flakes To assemble the bowl add red leaf lettuce, rice vermicelli noodles, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, mint, chopped peanuts and the cut up lemongrass chicken.
