Did the holistic thing for a year and a half with no results… went on metformin and my weight is FINALLY responding; it’s the only thing I changed. I needed the support. 🤷🏼♀️Was a last resort.

I have PCOS & was told that if I’m not getting my periods regularly I have to be on BC because it helps prevent cancer cell growth.

I got diagnosed in 2012 and they gave me metformin and BC stopped all that had the sleeve lost 132lbs and got my periods back now im stuck at not losing but can't get pregnant.

I have pcos I stopped BC. Now take myo&D inositol and Vitex with Low carb diet and daily exercise. I’m finally losing weight and have a regular period!

I’ve been on birth control since I was 12 for PCOS… I’m 24 now 😭 I was told my only option for treatment was surgery or birth control!!

Yep. I have PCOS, stopped BC and put on 60lb in 5m, then was in perimenopause. Lost a baby and it took me 2.5yrs & IUIs to have one.

I was told I have PCOS without actual proof. and when I found a doctor that found the issue I'm still forever labeled with PCOS.. even when it's a progesterone issue
