My Mom’s hot pot sauce recipe (A MUST-HAVE): • green onions (LOTS, this sauce is chunky) • olive oil (just coat the pot) • slice of ginger to taste  • minced garlic (lots if you like garlic) • soy sauce  • dark soy • sugar to taste  • fish sauce to taste  • Maggie sauce to taste  • dilute with water to taste  ~ Cook all the ingredients together & remove the slice of ginger once it’s done We have a hot plate we cook directly on during dinner, but if you don’t have that, a stove top will still work! It’s just more traditional and fun to cook as you eat at the dinner table.
