I am a single mother, been in my property for 6 years with no troubles. My landlord wants to go from $500 to $560 a week. To be closer to “market value”. I wish there was a cap on single income.

It’s not just the rent increases. It’s removal costs, bond costs, new furniture (every time I’ve moved, removalist have damaged my property), and all other connection costs.
